2018 Met Gala

On Monday, May 7th, the Costume Institute presented “Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination.”

The annual event kicked off the Metropolitan Museum of Art's fashion exhibition exploring the relationship between Catholic imagery and fashion. The 2018 Gala was hosted by Rihanna, Amal Clooney, Donatella Versace, Anna Wintour and Stephen and Christine Schwarzman and was presented at three locations around New York City: the Anna Wintour Costume Center, the medieval galleries at the Met’s Fifth Avenue location, and the Cloisters.
