Nao Kawakami is a London-based hairstylist and groomer. After completing her training in Japan, she moved to London to begin her career as a freelance hairstylist. Today, she has become renowned for her ability to create stunning, red carpet-worthy hairstyles with celebrity clientele including Salma Hayek, Jessica Henwick, Laura Haddock, Ramla Ali, Ruth Wilson, Georgia May Jagger, Iris Law, and Poppy Delevingne. 

Nao has contributed to magazines such as British Vogue, Dansk, Dazed, Office and Arena Homme + and has collaborated with photographers Cass Bird, Blommers & Schumm, Thurstan Redding, Janneke Van der Hagen, Till Janz, and Letty Schmiterlow among others. She has worked with major brands including J.W Anderson, Louis Vuitton, Acne, Peter Pilotto, Pringle of Scotland, Cynthia Rowley, John Varvatos, Osman, and Viktor&Rolf.
