Michaela Dosamantes

Michaela Dosamantes
Michaela Dosamantes is a bicoastal fashion stylist, editor, and creative director whose practice fluidly inhabits the intersections of art, fashion, and culture. She began her career at Vogue Paris (2006–2011), shaping some of the magazine’s most enduring visual narratives alongside luminaries such as Mario Testino, Mario Sorrenti, David Sims, and Bruce Weber. Dosamantes has collaborated with an esteemed roster of photographers—Tim Walker, Luis Sanchis, Brigitte Niedermair, and Stefan Ruiz—bringing a precise, curatorial sensibility to each project. Her work is distinguished by a deep affinity for dialogue between fashion and fine art, resulting in collaborations that transcend traditional editorial boundaries. Brands including Tom Ford, Nike, Amour Vert, and Via Spiga have sought her vision, with her styling and creative direction featured in Allure, Glamour, Porter, Vanity Fair, Vogue, and Vogue Mexico. In 2012, she was instrumental in launching CR Fashion Book, and in 2016, she co-founded Solar, the first independent Spanish-language lifestyle publication, pioneering new modes of cultural storytelling.
Dosamantes currently serves as Fashion and Creative Director of TheWrapBook, Editor at Large of The Stax, and a partner at the music production studio Movement Needs Music, where she continues to expand her multidisciplinary approach to image-making.
